Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
We respect your privacy. We do not profile you or sell your data to third parties. This policy explains what limited data is collected, why, and how it is handled.
No Advertising or Profiling
We do not use advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, or any mechanism to build a profile of you as an individual. No data about you is sold to third parties, shared for advertising purposes, or used for any purpose beyond operating and improving this site.
Site Performance Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Real User Measurements (RUM) to understand how the site performs and how visitors navigate it. This is necessary for us to maintain, improve, and secure the platform.
These tools are deliberately privacy-respecting by design:
- No cookies are set on your device.
- No cross-site tracking or fingerprinting is performed.
- Data is aggregated - individual visitors are not identified or tracked.
- Metrics collected include page views, approximate geographic region (country level), browser and device type, and Core Web Vitals performance data.
- Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf as a data processor and does not sell it. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for their full data handling practices.
WAF Security
All requests pass through our Web Application Firewall (WAF), which inspects traffic for security threats such as injection attacks, malicious payloads, and abuse patterns. This is solely for the protection of the platform and its users - not for data collection or profiling.
No Persistent Storage of Personal Data
We do not set tracking cookies and do not store personal information on our servers. Operational log data retained for security purposes is minimal, anonymised where possible, and not shared with third parties except when legally required.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade any data about visitors to third parties - ever. Analytics data processed by Cloudflare is used solely for site functionality and performance monitoring.
Affiliate Partnerships
CyberLeveling participates in affiliate programs. This means that some links on this site, such as those to Proton VPN, are affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
We only promote products and services that we genuinely believe are worth recommending. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, security assessments, or the way we cover breaches, vulnerabilities, or any other security topics. Our analysis is always independent.
Sponsored placements (such as banner images) are clearly distinguished from editorial content. When a link is part of an affiliate or sponsored arrangement, it is marked with the rel="sponsored" attribute in the page source.
Your Consent Preference
Analytics is only loaded after you give consent. You can update your preference at any time below - your choice is stored locally in your browser and never sent to us.
Contact & Updates
If you have questions about how your data is handled, contact us at robert@cyberleveling.com. We will update this policy if our practices change and notify users by posting the revised version on this page.
